Crisp Creperie logoStarting today, the Crisp Creperie food truck will begin weekly Thursday visits at Washington Dental Service/Delta Dental at 9706 Fourth Ave. N.E., just south of Thornton Place.

They’re making it worth your while to give them a try today, with an offer to receive $2 off any savory crepe and $1 off any sweet crepe if you mention the code “Delta.” A little about Crisp Creperie:

They plan to be at the building Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., or until they’ve sold out. See the menu and their other locations online.

  1. A group of friends and I stopped by yesterday and I tried the ham & egg, cheese and maple syrup crepe. To die for! I was surprised by how big it was, but was definitely pleased.

One of the guys at the truck mentioned that this was their grand opening, and you could tell since they ran out of ingredients while I was eating. My friend Kristi was disappointed that she didn’t get to eat, but said they were very apologetic and promised to make it up to her.

I don’t think they were quite prepared for the rush of people. But with food like that, I’m willing to go back. I hope this helps!

  2. Did anyone make it there yesterday? I was going to, but I talked to someone who had swung by there and they were out of several items. I’d love to get a review from someone.
