“Not sure if it’s helpful for the site as a word of warning, but I live in the Victory Heights area and had my 98 Subaru Outback stolen this morning/last night. I tried reaching our local blog victoryheightsblog but couldn’t find a contact.
Hopefully there won’t be a rash of these and just for people to check their own cars.”

Interested in the near-total solar eclipse here Aug. 21st?
The Northgate branch of The Seattle Public Library, 10548 Fifth Ave. N.E., still has free eclipse viewing glasses. One per family.
Also, in the aftermath of last weekend’s fire at Northgate, which displaced scores of neighbors, there is a GoFundMe page to help them here.
