The Maple Leaf Community Garden is well known in our neighborhood. Now, residents from other parts of Seattle will get a chance to see it, too. The Seattle Department of Neighborhoods is offering a free van tour of P-Patch locations all over the city. The one in the northeast will be from 1-3 p.m. Oct. 16. The tour includes the Maple Leaf, Picardo, Pinehurst, Roosevelt and Ravenna P-Patches. Meet at the University Neighborhood Service Center at 4534 University Way. Space is limited, so register early online.
