But if you missed your chance to try the soups made from “fresh, local, and organic ingredients,” owner Jerry Baxter told us he will be back tomorrow as he is making the Washington Dental Building, 9706 Fourth Ave., a regular Tuesday stop from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Check out what’s on the menu this week:

  • Cassoulet $12: Onion, carrot, celery, tomatoes, garlic, cannelloni beans, pork shoulder, garlic sausage, white wine, chicken stock, bay leaves, parsley and thyme.
  • Corn and Shitake-Vegan $11: Onion, shallot, ginger, lemongrass, vegetable stock, tamari, curry paste, coconut milk, corn, shitake mushroom, cilantro, mint and basil.
  • Crab Bisque $12: Dungeness crab, onion, carrots, celery, tomato, bay leaf, tarragon, butter, flour, sherry, heavy cream, milk.
